You can delete your Orbit account whenever you want — from your phone or your browser, without asking anyone. Deletion runs straight away and it's permanent.
Delete it yourself, in the app
Takes about a minute
1Open Orbit on your phone, or go to app.orbit.me and sign in.
2Open Account and scroll to Danger zone.
3Choose Delete data & account, then confirm.
We'll email you afterwards with a summary of what was removed.
What gets deleted
Every message Orbit imported, from all of your connected accounts
The orbits, summaries, to-dos and events Orbit built from them
What Orbit learned about you and the people in your life
Your connections to Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, iMessage, Google Calendar and every other source
Your profile, your sign-in, and your encryption key
Your subscription, which is cancelled at the same time
What we keep
A short record that the deletion happened — the date and the account it applied to. It holds no message content.
Billing and tax records we're required by law to retain.
Your original messages stay put
Your original messages aren't touched. Everything in Gmail, WhatsApp, iMessage and anywhere else stays exactly where it is — Orbit only removes its own copy.
If you can't sign in
Write to support@orbit.me from the email address on your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete everything within 30 days.
